Welcome. I am glad you're here. Reaching out for support takes courage.
Courage helps us step into the unknown, to sit with discomfort,
and to gently turn toward the parts of ourselves we may have
long avoided.

My commitment is to walk alongside you—offering a supportive,
safe space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own
pace. Together, we will work toward helping you reconnect with
your inner strength, let go of patterns that no longer serve you
and create meaningful, lasting change. I am passionate about
helping those who are willing and eager to change.
I received my master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin –
Oshkosh in 2010. I am a mental health and substance abuse
counselor with over 16 years of clinical experience across a
variety of treatment settings. I primarily utilize
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment
Therapy (ACT), and methods of experiential intervention. My
practice is grounded in the belief that everyone’s story,
strengths, and goals deserve to be honored with compassion and
respect. While I specialize in substance use disorders and have
a special interest in helping family members and loved ones
affected by addiction, I support adults experiencing a wide
range of life’s challenges: anxiety, stress management,
depression, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I welcome all
ethnicities, sexualities, belief systems, and abilities.
You don’t have to do this alone.
